中国国际贸易促进委员会杭州市分会（简称：杭州市贸促会）成立于1993年，1996年升格为副厅级事业单位，组织境外参展是中国贸促会的主要工作任务之一。杭州市贸促会展览部成立伊始开始为杭州地区的企业出国参展服务。并于2001年1月由外经贸部批准授予境外组展权，拥有直接组织参加国际各类展览会的资格，是目前杭州市一家具有该资格的单位。 主要职责是通过为杭州地区的广大企业提供出国展览服务，从而促进当地外贸发展。
